Using precision mode
- When using a pen and tablet, there are times when it may be desirable to refine your hand motion. In the real world, threading a needle is just such an activity. Unfortunately, there is no magic to assist in manual dexterity. But the Wacom Driver does offer such a magic bullet for fine motor skill drawing activities for extremely detailed work. It's called Precision Mode. Let's take a look at it. Now, you might have noticed these four markers that are on the tablet. And the reason they're there is to indicate what the actual live area of the tablet is. And by extension, that is mapped to the tablet. And one of the reasons they do this is there are times when you want to draw off of the edge of the screen, or you want to come in from out of the edge of the screen. That's what this additional area lets you do. And that's why it's set up the way that it is.
