- I've always struggled a bit with telling folks just what it is I do. You may have the same challenge yourself that brings you to that point where you're telling folks, I draw pictures, or I design logos. While both of which are designed to pacify, 'cause we know the depth of what we do is too deep and invariable will cause theirs eyes to glaze over. Honestly, if you really want to be truthful and hook them into a real conversation, here's the answer. I'm a storyteller. Our initiative as a designer is to dig into our client's objectives and carve out that visual mark that strikes that elusive cord with the consumer. A mark that conjures up the proper respect or evokes the buried emotions, or elicits the courage or bravado. It may do all these things and more, but you can also forge the mark that serves as the delivery device that weaves the tale that consumers will never forget.
