From the course: One Minute Motivational Tips for Songwriters
Find your voice
- [Instructor] The more songs you write, the more clear your personality will become in your songs. Another way to put this is that you will be finding your voice as a songwriter. That doesn't mean that every song will be about the same thing. It certainly doesn't mean that you will be dull in your writing, but what it does mean is that you will know yourself well enough as a creative person that you will have a clear thread from one song to the next, or a voice, as we like to call that. So, one of the things that you have to look forward to, the more you write is finding your voice as a songwriter.
