- [Instructor] So we've reached the end of not only this course but of this entire series on creating a short film. For my last piece of advice, I turn to the example of Weird Al Yankovic and his comedic masterpiece, "UHF." "UHF" is one of my favorite movies of all time. And it tested very, very well in early screenings. But unfortunately, it released in the middle of the summer of 1989, one of the biggest seasons for Hollywood blockbusters ever. So it got lost in the shuffle and totally bombed. But eventually "UHF" became a cult classic. And the week that it was released on DVD, it was a top-10 best seller. Similar stories exist for movies like "The Shawshank Redemption" and others. My point is to make something great. As they say, cream always rises to the top.
