- [Instructor] So far, we've only dealt with styles associated with surface sections like the existing ground and the rock layers. How are corridor sections handled in all their complexity? That's done with code set styles. Let's see how it works. To get started, let's zoom in to this first section. We'll click on the corridor section in the section view, and we'll select section properties. On the surface, this looks really simple, all I have to do is on the information tab, change the object style to a style that I want to use. So if you're an everyday user of Civil 3D, somebody in your office or organization will make this easy for you and just give you the style to choose, and that's really all you need to know. In this case, we're going to use the style called road sections. And you'll see when I click OK that this is a much simpler way to depict the section.
