- [Instructor] A while back, we saw how linework code sets automate linework as we import survey data. What if we could automate the appearance and behavior of that linework as well? That can be done with a figure prefix database. To get started, I want to make sure I'm on the survey tab and then in the top left corner of the survey tab, I'll click this icon to open survey user settings. I want to scroll down a bit and I want to find the setting for figure prefix database path. I'll go ahead and click the browse icon next to that and I want to browse to my chapter three exercise files folder. With that selected, I'll pick select folder. I'll go ahead and click OK and then I want to make sure that Essentials appears under figure prefix databases. It may be collapsed like this.
