- [Instructor] Earlier we learned about profile labels, which annotated the entire profile, everywhere a specific geometric component existed. But what about those one off labels? Well, that's where profile view labels come in. To get started, we're going to take a closer look, at this beginning area of our profile. We've got a lot going on here. We've got the beginning of the road, where it ties into the existing road, but then we've got a second point, where the edge of the road ties into the new profile. So we want to call out that point and we also want to label the depth of this ditch. So to get started I'll select the profile view, because remember we're labeling the profile view, even though we're going to be snapping to the profiles as you'll see in a moment.
