Civil 3D essentials
- [Josh] In this LinkedIn course, we take on the world of civil design using the premier modeling software that's available today, Autodesk Civil 3D. This course highlights what separates Civil 3D from other civil design software. So let's learn about the Civil 3D user interface and then walk through each of the main features within the Civil 3D as we introduce you to the Creation, Editing, Labeling capabilities of those features within Autodesk Civil 3D. And this this course will bring you back to putting all of this together using data shortcuts and other data sharing methods. Now, this LinkedIn course does not go into depth on any specific feature, but introduces you to the software as a whole. A basic understanding of civil engineering is helpful and since Autodesk Civil 3D is built on top of AutoCAD, an Understanding of general AutoCAD functionality would be beneficial as well. The objective of this course is for you to feel confident in beginning to use Civil 3D right away for production. My name's Josh Modglin and I look forward to walking you through Autodesk Civil 3D fundamentals.
