Create alignment labels

- [Instructor] In the last video we looked at how alignment labels work. Now let's create some alignment labels. Let's start with station labels. To do that, I'll click on my alignment, go to my add labels drop down and I'll pick add edit station labels. You can see currently my label set is blank. So let's build it out one item at a time. We'll start with the major stations. So we choose major stations and we choose a label style that we want to apply at the major stations. This parallel with tick is actually a great choice. So I'll select that and click add. Notice that our station index increment is 100 feet. That's our major station increment. Next we'll look at minor stations. And for this, we're just going to insert a tick mark. So we'll click add. And by the way, what appears and how it's formatted is all dependent on a label style.
