Create alignment segment labels

- [Instructor] Sometimes you may need to label the individual parts of an alignment. Like the bearing and distance of a tangent or curve data for a curve. Let's see how that's done. Going to pan down to our Madison Lane alignment and create some individual labels. So I'll click on the Madison Lane alignment and notice that I zoomed in kind of closely so that I could pick in between the tick marks and pick the red line instead of the labels. Now I'll go to the Add Labels drop down and pick at Alignment Labels. For the Label Type I'll pick Single Segment. And I want to verify that my Line Label Style is bearing over distance. My Curve Label Style is curve data. We don't have any spirals in this alignment so we don't have to worry about that. I'll click Add, and then click this first tangent on Madison Lane. And you can see that the label is created. I'll press the escape key to end the labeling command. And then let's…
