Create objects from a corridor

- [Narrator] At times you may want to use parts of a corridor as a reference for other design elements, or to simply show a corridor in a different form. This is done by extracting objects from the corridor, and let's see how it's done. For our first example, what I'd like to do is create a ditch at the bottom of this fill slope, maybe for erosion control purposes. And to do that, I'd like to extract a feature line along this daylight and build a new ditch from that reference. So, to get started I'll go to the home tab, click the feature line drop down and create feature line from corridor. Now, I've created a region here so that I don't have to select the full length of the feature line. I can just pick part of it. So I'm going to pick by regions down here and then select the region I want to use and press enter. That's going to give me all of the feature lines available in that region.
