Create offset alignments

- [Eric] Linear features are often made up of parallel lines, like the center line curves and sidewalks along the road. For that reason, offset alignments can come in really handy to dynamically define those parallel features. Let's see how they work. To get started, I'll click the Alignment drop-down and then select Create Offset Alignment. I'll select the alignment that my offsets will be based on, and I'm presented with a dialog box. Notice that it shows the alignment that I picked in the drawing. I could change it if I wanted to. And also notice that there's a name template applied that uses, by default, the parent name, the side, and the offset distance to name the alignment. You can modify this name template if you like or you can stick with the original. You can always change the name of the alignment after it's been created.
