- [Instructor] Sometimes drawings just become too busy if all of the parcel information is labeled in place. That's where tables come in handy. Let's see how they're created. To get started, I'll go up to the annotate tab, and then expand the add tables menu. From here, I'll pick parcel, and you'll see that there are quite a few to pick from, line, curve, segment and area. I'll choose area to get started. First, I'll choose the style for my area table and the style's going to determine, what the table looks like, how it's formatted and what it contains. I'll choose simply number and area. Next, I'll have to choose how the parcels will be selected to be included in the table. I can pick them manually or I can do them automatically by label style. So I'm going to say that any parcel that has the area label style, that is parcel number and acres, that's going to be included in my table. And one step beyond that, any…
