Creating a pressure pipe network
- [Instructor] I'm going to go ahead and get into our exercise for this video. We're going to be working with an existing pipe network. We're going to create additional pipes and fittings using the 11_02_PPCreate drawing, and in the process learn a little bit about how to design using pressure pipe networks in a plan view setting. So you pick on any part of this existing pipe network. You see the pipe networks here. We already have our T tying in the pipe and then a gate valve, and then our pipe ends right here. And so we're going to just pick on any part there, and we're going to choose from the Contextual Ribbon, to edit the network. Now this is a little bit different from, again, our gravity network edit options. We have two ways that we can edit the network: in plan view, or in profile view.
