- [Tutor] Because alignment labels are automated and kind of behave as one group, editing them is a little different. Let's take a look at how it works. To get started, I'll zoom into our Jordan Court alignment and click one of the labels. It's easiest to pick one of the geometry point labels here. Then on the ribbon I'll click edit label group. And we see that same dialogue that we saw when we created the labels in the first place. So one way that I can change the way labels look or how they behave is to change the style. So let's say that we want those geometry point labels to extend out beyond the Right of Way, because we're going to have a lot of piping and other items inside the Right of Way. That's going to cause some clutter. So to do that, I'll just simply click the style icon here click the drop down, and we're going to pick perpendicular with tick and line offset.
