- (Speaker 1) So you've learned several ways to create parcels. Now let's look at how to edit them. We'll start with editing parcels graphically, using grips. Going to zoom in to this small parcel that we created a few videos ago. It's named Property 28. And the reason I want to focus on this parcel is because there are two segments in this parcel that were created with two different commands. And as a result, they behave differently. If I click this parcel line, you'll see that it has two grips at either end, much like aligned segment would in AutoCAD. But if I press escape and click on this segment, we see a single diamond shape grip. This line was created using a different command than this one. In fact, if we launch the parcel layout tools we can see exactly which ones were used. This line was created using this tool here, add, fixed line, two points.
