- (Instructor) The Panorama is a special window in Civil 3D, that behaves a lot like an AutoCAD palette. Like the properties command. But Panorama has its own special purposes within Civil 3D. Let's take a look at two of the commands that use Panorama. The first one will be a little review from the first video in this chapter. And to see that one, I'll go to the home tab of the ribbon, expand the pallets panel and then click this icon here which represents event viewer. When I do that, it opens Panorama but the tab that's displayed in the Panorama is called events. So that's kind of how Panorama works. It's a container that displays different commands and different information. Now you should know that the Panorama can float. You can see that it's floating on my screen now. If I drag it over to one side of my interface, I can dock it. I can also resize it by clicking and dragging the corner or the bottom or the side.…
