- [Instructor] When working with multiple sheets for the same design, matchlines help to show where one sheet would match up to the next. Let's take a look at how they work. I'm going to create a new batch of view frames the same way we did in the previous video but this time I'm going to use the plan profile option. I'll choose Jordan Court. When I click Next, I want to make sure I choose this first option here. We're going to do a 20 scale plan and profile sheet and keep the rest of the settings pretty much the same. What I want to focus in on is matchlines dialog this time. Notice that for a plan profile sheet, matchlines are not optional, they're required. The first section is positioning. I can snap my matchlines to a specific station rounding value. So, here I'm saying every one foot. You might want to make that even a little more rounded and say five feet. That way I won't get a matchline at station one plus…
