Manage point styles

- [Instructor] Point styles are used to control the appearance and behavior of points in Civil 3D. Let's take a look at how they're configured. I've got a point in front of me, this water valve point that we looked at actually in the previous video. And I'd like to know what style is controlling how this point appears. And a quick way to do that is to select the point object and open the properties command. To do that, I'll right-click and pick properties. And here, I can see that the style that's being used is called water valve. Now I could open the style from this location by clicking the dropdown and then clicking create edit. But I want to show you a different way. And I also want to point out that there is this settings tab in Civil 3D, which contains all of the styles that are contained in the drawing.
