Point styles and point label styles

- One of the most powerful capabilities of civil 3D. Is that you can control the appearance and behavior of objects with styles. Let's see how that works for points. So I'm in this drawing called point styles. And as I zoom in and take a look at the points, you can see that they all look the same. They all have a red X for a marker and they all list the point number and the point description with a certain color and textile and all of that. But what if I want the points to look different? And what if I want them to look different from each other? For example, let's take this point here that represents a maple. What if instead of a red X, I want some other marker to represent the location of that maple? Well, I can do that by simply assigning a different style to the point.
