Quick Access Toolbar
- [Instructor] Now, just to the right of the big A, the Application menu. We have what's called the Quick Access Toolbar. Quick access because it's always available regardless of what Ribbon tab we find ourselves on. Now these tools are always available. And out of the box you have very useful ones, such as Open and Save. We'll be using those regularly throughout this course. Very useful tools in AutoCAD or even Civil 3D is the Undo and the Redo. You have other tools here that you can add from the drop down, simply by checking these boxes. That's all items that we're used to. Office again, products have a Quick Access Toolbar, and ways that we can add to it. Civil 3D goes just a step further in that we can quickly remove tools such as this workspace. I don't use this very often, and when I do, I come down to the status bar and use the workspace cogwheel down here. It has the same options. So I'm going to right-click on this workspace and choose to remove from the Quick Access Toolbar.…
