Rotate point markers

- [Instructor] With specific point markers, you may want to change the orientation so that they are represented in the drawing in a way that makes sense. Let's see how that's done. Actually, rotating point markers is really simple. There's two ways you can do it. If you click on the point and before clicking on the grip at the center of the point marker, you just simply hover your cursor there you can see that a little shortcut menu pops up. And from this shortcut menu, you can move the point, you can rotate the label and the marker together, or you can rotate just the marker. I'll choose rotate marker. And then in this example, I want to orient the water valve to the water line that's passing through it. So to do this accurately, I can even shift right click and use my nearest objects snap to snap right along that water line.
