- [Instructor] You can manipulate surfaces by editing the individual tin lines that make them up. Let's see how it works. Before you can edit the tin lines in a surface, you need to be able to see them. And that's handled through a style. I'm going to select the surface, go to surface properties and then change the style to one that shows the triangles. I wanted to show you a look inside of the style so you can see where that's done. On the display tab, I need to make sure the triangles component is turned on. You'll notice that my triangles are set to gray for this style, and my contours are set to red. That'll make things a little easier to see. So now you can clearly see the contours in red, and the tin lines in gray. So what types of edits can I make to my tin lines? If I select my surface and I go up here to edit surface, you'll see a section here for tin lines. I can add a line, delete a line, or swap an edge. I…
