Attaching and overlaying xrefs

In this video, we will create x-refs, or external references. Open the Architectural 2 and Furniture drawing files. The furniture file, contains a single layer, i-furn, which stands for interior furnishings. And the architectural two drawing contains many layers, but no furniture. Let's say we have the following situation. We have an architectural designer and we have a furniture designer. And they're collaborating on the same project. I'm using this example but you could apply this to any discipline. It could be two different consultants that work in different offices or it could be two different people in the same office working on different tasks. Xrefs allow these people to work together concurrently. So let's say the architectural designer in this example wants to see the furniture design that the other person is working on.
