Customizing the user interface

In this video, we will relocate a command on a panel to get a sense of how far you can take customizing the user interface. In the Drafting and Annotation workspace, go to the Home tab, and then click on the word Draw here to open this slide out. This reveals additional tools. This command right here is Multiple Points, and the command that you would type on the command line is shown at the bottom of this tool tip, its point. I'd like that command to appear to the left of the line command here in a large icon form. Let's take a look at that. Type in CUI for Customize the User Interface, and press Enter. That opens up this large, potentially intimidating, dialogue. But I'm just going to give you a quick tour of this and just give you a sense of what's possible. I'll go into the Ribbon here in the hierarchical tree, and open up Panels, and scroll down. And locate Home 2D Draw. Open that, and then open up row one and row two.
