Adding gas boilers

Keeping with the plumbing mindset, I'd like to add a gas fired boiler. This equipment will obviously need gas, supply water, and of course will discharge heated water. We can add all these pipes, that's for sure. By selecting the boiler, we'll create a few different piping runs leading to and away from the boiler. We then go back and select the system, to put our piping on. Before we do all that however we're going to mess around with the plumbing display configuration. So, to get started let's hop into our MEP Plumbing Drawing, go to the home tab, and click the equipment drop down, and lets select equipment. Let's make sure we scroll up to the top, and expand mechanical. Let's find boilers. Let's expand gas-fired cast iron boilers. Let's grab the top one. Let's make sure the elevation is at zero. Click into the drawing window. Let's zoom in on our mechanical room. And I'm going to place a base point right about here, that I'm going to rotate around to 90 degrees. I'm going to put a…
