Batch Publish
- [Instructor] Batch Publish is a great way of easily plotting multiple layouts at a single time, and the layouts do not need to be all in the same drawing either. I can use Batch Publish to plot an entire project spread across multiple drawing files. I'll start the tool here under file. Like AutoCAD for Windows, I can add all of my currently opened drawings, the current drawing, or I can use the plus to add more DWG files than I may not have open currently. Once I select a drawing file, I can see that AutoCAD for Mac brings in each layout in that drawing file. This small icon here will allow me to remove all of the model space layouts from the list in one click. Next, I can click on one or all of the sheets, and adjust the page set-up, so that they all print consistently. In the upper left corner, I have the option to either publish to the printer that's specified in the page set-up, or publish directly to a PDF. After I select PDF, I get a bunch of options down here at the bottom…
