222 Interface: Using your file tabs in AutoCAD

- [Instructor] In this particular AutoCAD tip and trick, I want to show you a really quick way of navigating around your model tab and your layout tabs using your AutoCAD file tabs. Now we've got a new drawing for you, it's called 222_interface-filetabs.dwg. You can see the name of the file at the top of the screen in the AutoCAD title bar. You can download it from the library to follow along with this particular tips and tricks video. Now, when you do open up the drawing you'll notice that it has its file tab up here but also down at the bottom left, you've got your model tab. You've got an ISO A3-landscape layout tab and you've got an ISO A3-Nodims layout tab. Now these are very, very simple drawings. And the whole idea is I want to show you the workflow rather than utilize very complex, heavy DWG files which might take a while to transition between layout tab and model space, et cetera.
