- [Instructor] Welcome to another Tip and Trick for AutoCAD. And what we're going to have a look at is working with Boolean functions with a 2D regions in an AutoCAD drawing. Now, this is a standalone Tips and Tricks video, but it's also part of the project series of Tips and Tricks videos. You'll recognize those because they all have the word project in the title in the library. So what we've got in this particular drawing the 225_PROJECT_BooleanFunctions.dwg file is a group of objects that look the same. So you'll notice now that we've got circles and polylines that represent a 2D gasket in our AutoCAD drawing. Now if I hover over this circle here, it'll tell me it's an AutoCAD circle. If I hover over this polyline here, it tells me it's polyline. If I come over here though, this circle is actually a region as is this polyline, we've converted them to regions.
