2D display settings
- Once again, we're staying in our Plate.dwg file in AutoCAD. I've left the graphics performance dialog log box open. And what we're going to look at now are the 2D display settings. They're in here in the effects settings in the graphics performance dialogue box. Now you'll notice at the moment mine is set to advance mode that's because I'm running a high end graphics card. My Radeon Pro WX 8200 as mentioned up here. Now I can change the 2D display settings I could go to Basic Mode. Now, Basic Mode is recommended for entry level graphics cards that have a minimal processing capability and limited or no memory. So they're, the low end graphics cards. So you might only have a basic graphics card running in your AutoCAD computer that you're using. If that's the case, you'd set your 2D display settings to Basic Mode, but you would still make sure that your hardware acceleration is on just to make sure that the hardware…
