Adding blocks to a tool palette for design reuse

- [Instructor] Welcome to another tip and trick for AutoCAD. Now, what we're going to have a look at today is we're going to look at adding blocks to an AutoCAD tool palette. Now, you'll notice that the drawing we've given you, BlocksToolPalette, is completely blank. And I want it to be blank because what I want to do is work with you to make sure that when we bring these blocks off of the tool palette, they all work and they do what they are meant to do. Blocks are very useful. They're great for design reuse, for things like furniture blocks, you might have doors and window blocks, and so on. Now, let's have a look at where our tool palettes are, first of all. We go to the View tab on the ribbon, and there's tool palettes right there on Palettes panel. So click on Tool Palettes, and that will open up your tool palettes here. Now, you can click and drag, so I'm going to drag that just up there a little bit, just so you can see it a bit better.
