Adding fields to a table

- [Narrator] Once again we're staying in our table styles.dwg file. And as promised we're now going to look at using the field command to actually take some information from the objects in our drawing and to place it into the layer column and the area column in our table. Now the lovely thing about this is I can double click inside a cell in my table. Like that. I'll get the little flashing cursor. But if I now go up to the text editor. On the ribbon, there's the text editor contextual tab, in the insert panel. I've actually got field right there. I can right-click over the selected cell and you'll notice as well I can insert field as well. So either way works. I'm going to click on insert field there. Now this is where it gets a bit interesting. Because you get this weird and wonderful dialogue box called field. We need to select a field category first. That's going to be object. Obviously. And…
