- [Instructor] Welcome to another tip and trick for AutoCAD. Today, we're going to be looking at annotation, more specifically, the really cool dimensioned tools that are available to you in AutoCAD. When you're placing your fiddly dimension annotation on your AutoCAD drawings. So for that reason, we've got a new drawing for you, it's called 201 annotation dim tools. You can see the name of it there in the title bar at the top of the screen in AutoCAD, and you can download it from the library to follow along with this tips and tricks video. So you can see we've got some dimensions in place, and I just want to show you some really cool dimension tools that allow you to dimension a bit quicker and a bit smarter, so you're not working too hard to place your dimension annotation. So let's go over to the Annotate tab on the ribbon first, and what we'll do is we'll utilize the Dimensions panel here.
