Automatic dimensioning

- We're staying in our more dimensioning.DWG file, and you can see we've left the dimensions as they were at the end of the last video. What we're going to do now is have a look at what they call automatic dimensioning, or just the dimension command. Now what's really neat about this dimension command is you can dimension lots of different ways. So what we're going to do, we're going to do a little bit of housekeeping. We're going to clear these two dimensions here first, like so. We'll leave the baseline dimensions in between grids 2 and 3. We're then going to zoom in on this door opening right in the left-hand corner. Zoom in nice and tight. Now these door openings are quite clever, because you've got the door swing. And this square stroke rectangular bit here, is showing you the space that needs to remain clear around the door opening. So we might want to dimension that perhaps in our drawing, so that people know…
