Converting drawing units

- [Instructor] In the previous video, I showed you how to find your units dialog box so that you could set up your units in your AutoCAD drawing. What we're going to look at now is converting units in an AutoCAD drawing, what you can convert from one unit format to another unit format. So we've got a new drawing for you, it's called ConvertingUnits.dwg. Now the drawing itself is in imperial units, so how do you check that? Well, do you remember we switched on coordinates in the last video? If you look at the coordinates down on the status bar, towards the bottom of the screen, you can see there, as I move the crosshair, the x and y values are in feet and inches. If it type Units and press Enter, you can see in the dialog box there that we're using Architectural units and you can see they're in feet and inches, using quarter of an inch increments.
