- We're staying in our zero zero ground floor boundaries .dwg file and we're going to create one last boundary polyline for one last element in our 2D Autocad drawing. Before we start making the drawing into an import tool to go into 3D studio max. Now can anybody guess what that last boundary polyline would be? Yes, you're quite right. It would be the 3D floor layer that we created. Now, the problem we have is we can't really use the B poly boundary command for this one. Because we kind of need a boundary that goes all the way around the edge. So even if I selected objects to create this boundary polyline, it would just be complicated. So basically what we're going to do is cheat and there's two ways that you can cheat. But before we do that little bit of cheating just make sure your on the right layer.
