- Welcome to another AutoCAD tip and trick. And also welcome to the second video of three about drafting techniques in AutoCAD. Now as I mentioned in the first video of this series, we're using AutoCAD 2020 and we've got a new drawing for you. It's called "3D Bracket-1stAngleProj.dwg." So we're going to be looking at first angle projection. Now in the first video of the series, I showed you orthographic projection and the ortho function in AutoCAD itself. So what I'm going to do now in this drawing is I'm going to come down to the status bar and I'm just going to switch my polar tracking back on, just to make sure it's on in my drawing like that. Now we're going to look at first angle projection. Now I did mention in the first video of the series that this bracket is actually 3D. So if I just into the view cube here, click on a view there on the corner, you can see it's a 3D object, yeah? So we jump back to the top view by clicking on the word "top" on the view cube like that. Now…
