- [Instructor] We're staying in our XREFs.dwg file. And, as I mentioned previously, other people can be working on an XREF that you may have inserted as a reference drawing in your host drawing. So, our property line, our dash line, someone else could be working on that drawing and load it in as an XREF into our host drawing for us, if need be. And what you can do is edit XREFs very quickly and easily in that way, and then the next time you load up the drawing, you know you've got the most current information from all your reference files. So, we're going to do this kind of locally, as if we're two people. So, I'm going to go up to open here. And when I go to open, I can open up my PropertyLine.dwg file, which is being used as a reference file. So, I'll click on open, and just zoom out slightly there by rolling back on the wheel. So, you've now got your dashed line that represents your property line open in its own .dwg file. Now, what I'm going to do, I'm going to go to the home tab…
