- [Voiceover] There are numerous ways of changing your settings and your options, as they're called, in AutoCAD 2017. The most common way of doing it is to use the Options dialog box. Now you can get to the Options dialog box in a number of different ways. One of the quickest ways is to jump up to the red A here in the top left corner and select the Application menu. And you can see Options down here at the bottom of the dialog box there. Click on Options. And that will open up the Options dialog box. As you can see, it's pretty large, with lots of detail. Now that's one way of opening the Options dialog box. I'll just cancel that because I don't want to make any changes. The other, which I think is the quicker way, is just without any commands selected, just right-click in the drawing area, go down to the Options option on the shortcut menu, and it opens up the same dialog box as well. So that's your Options there. So I'll just cancel that again, like so. Now what do your options do…
