- [Instructor] We're starting another AutoCAD tip and trick now, and what we're going to have a little look at is our viewport in AutoCAD. Now, did you know, a viewport in AutoCAD does not have to be rectangular? So, let's have a little look at that, so we've got a new drawing for you, it's called 3D Bracked.dwg, and as usual, download it from the library to follow along with the video. It's a little 3D bracket, and it is a 3D bracket, if I go to the view cube here, you can see it is a 3D object with some holes in it. So, what I'll do, I'll go back to the top view, like so on the view cube. We're going to go into the iso A3 landscape tab here, the layout tab. So we've got a nice little title block in place like so, it says LinkedIn Learning and 3D Bracket. Okay, make sure in the layers panel, on the home tab on the ribbon, you're using the viewports layer, and then you'll notice, because you're in the layout tab, there is now a layout contextual tab on the ribbon.
