- [Sean] Welcome to another AutoCAD Tip and Trick. Now for this particular Tip and Trick, we're not actually using AutoCAD. We're using another Autodesk product that is closely related to AutoCAD. It's called DWG TrueView. Now Autodesk release a new version of this every time they release a new version of AutoCAD. So you'll notice at the top of the screen, I'm using Autodesk DWG TrueView 2021, which came out with AutoCAD 2021. And that's the latest version. Now you'll also notice that I've opened a drawing in DWG TrueView. It's called 208 Management-DWG convert_2013. Ignore it at the moment. I've just got a drawing open in TrueView so that you can see the functionality of TrueView on the screen. Now, we've got a file for you to use in the library. I'll explain that in a moment, but TrueView is a great product. It allows you to convert DWG file formats from one file format to another. AutoCAD 2021 uses the 2018 DWG file format.
