- [Voiceover] Once you've created your AutoCAD block, there will always be the need to redefine what they call the block definition. Now what that means is editing the block in place in the drawing, and redefining any other instances of that block. So what we're going to is we're going to look at our little bolt block. You'll notice it's still there, and it's a block reference on the layout Bolt. Now what I'm going to do is pan upwards ever so slightly, and I'm then gonna go to the Block panel on the Home tab and insert another bolt block like so. I'm just gonna line that one in with this one. I'll hover there and just make sure that I pan up, and just drag that down vertically so I've got two of the same block like that. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to redefine one of the block definitions, and then in turn it will redefine the second block definition below.
