- [Instructor] We're now starting a chapter where we're going to be thinking about annotating our prefab unit design. So we've got a new drawing for you. It's called Annotating Your Unit Design.dwg and as usual you can download it from the library to follow along with these videos in this chapter. Now this particular drawing has a couple of new layers. If you go to your layer drop-down, you'll notice that we've got A-ANNO-DIMS and A-ANNO-TEXT. A is architectural, ANNO stands for annotation, and then you've got dimensions and text. They're fairly self-explanatory. We'll be using those as we work through the videos in this particular chapter. Now before we do that, we need to create some text styles. Now in order to do this, we need to go to our Annotate Tab on the ribbon. You'll notice here that we've got our Text Panel and our Dimensions Panel on the ribbon.
