Setting up a drawing that contains blocks

- [Instructor] We're starting another chapter now in our advanced dynamics blocks course. And it's a little tips and tricks chapter for you. Just some little things that are really useful in AutoCAD. When you're working with blocks in general, not just dynamic blocks. But blocks are something that you need to use on a regular basis. But you need to be able to organize and manage those blocks so that they're in effective locations for storage. So, for example, you might use a drawing as a block library. And just have lots of blocks in that particular drawing. Other features in AutoCAD that are really useful with blocks are DesignCenter and also tool palettes. Now let's have a little look at DesignCenter first, I've got a new drawing for you, it's a totally blank metric drawing. It's called tool palette, dash blocks.
