Setting up the table data

- [Voiceover] As per the last few videos we're in the new table style dialog box in the area table that we're creating for use with our facilities management drawing. Our T-style drawing that we mentioned at the beginning of this chapter. So the last set of cells that we need to work on in our area table are the actual data cells, the ones where we're going to put the areas and the names of those areas. So I'm gonna go to the pull-down and select Data, and then go to the General tab. Now we won't have any Fill Color this time and what we'll do is we'll make sure that the alignment is Middle Center. I prefer Middle Center, it's up to you, you choose, lots of different alignments there but I prefer Middle Center in tables. The Format will be Text. Now the reason I'm setting it to Text with no format is we need to use our text fields, remember? To bring in the areas of of our polylines when we link them to the polylines in the drawing. So set that to Text and Format none and click on OK.…
