Text field settings

- [Voiceover] In the previous video, we created our text field with the big, long number in square millimeters. As you can see in the bathroom there on the screen at the moment. And that's in our 00_GND_FM_ANNOTATE.dwg that you've been using for this particular chapter of the course. So what we're going to look at now are our text field settings. Now you'll notice in the previous video when we placed the text field, it has this weird sort of grayish kind of background to it. It's called background masking, and that background masking defines it as a field rather than just a regular piece of text. Don't worry, though, because that does not plot if you plot the drawing any time. It's just highlighting it on the drawing as a field rather than text. Now, I'm just gonna double-click on it as you would edit any other piece of text on an AutoCAD drawing. And as you can see, it highlights in that bluey-gray color again.
