- [Tutor] Welcome to another Tip and Trick for AutoCAD. We've got another new drawing file that you can download from the library to use to follow along with the Tip and Trick video. It's called Floor Plan.dwg. And you can see there on the screen it's a simple floor plan with a couple of doors, and we've got the blue walls going around. Now what we're going to have a look at is the Quick Dimension Command, the QDIM Command. But we're going to look at it in the latest version of AutoCAD, which is AutoCAD 2020. Now the QDIM command has been around for a long long time, it's been in many many versions of AutoCAD. So in the Floor Plan.dwg file what we've got is the simple floor plan. You'll also notice down on status bar that I've got the annotation scale set at one to 10. Now there's a reason for that because if you jump into the Layout tab, it's a metric ISO A2.
