- [Instructor] So in the previous video we set up our PDF layer. You can see it up there on the Quick Access Toolbar, There's PDF as the current layer. And you can see that we are still in our ImportPDF.dwg file. What we're going to do now, is we're going to look at using the PDF Import command. Now you can do this in two ways. You can go to the Insert tab on the ribbon, and use here, the PDF Import pull-down that is on the import panel on the ribbon. So there's PDF Import, so I click on it, like so, and it takes me to the Select PDF File dialog box. Now you can see there, that I've got a location from where there is a PDF available, which is my MechDWG001. You can again, download this from the website and use this as part of this particular exercise with this video. So there's my MechDWG001 PDF, there's my little thumbnail of it there. All I've got to do now is click on open, and it will take me to the Import PDF dialog box. Now you can see there's lots of different settings here. So…
