- [Voiceover] In the previous video we looked at the Layer Properties Manager and the Layer Properties pull-down menu, and they are on the Layers panel on the Home tab on the ribbon, and what we did was we actually looked at these dash lines here that are now on the Hinge Hidden layer. So if I hover over that line, it tells me the color, the layer, and the line type. Now you'll notice the line type is dashed, not using the by-layer option. The reason for that is because we've set these lines to have their own individual line type. I'm going to change them now to the actual By Layer setting, so I'm gonna select that line there, that line there, and that line there. You might think, what's this got to do with layer properties and layer tools? Let me digress a little and you'll understand why. Because those lines at the moment are using their own individual line type, I can change that and use some layer tools so that they adopt the by-layer setting instead. So if I now go up here to the…
