- [Voiceover] Now we're staying in the 03_NavigatingDrawings.dwg file. In the previous two videos, we've looked at the Zoom and Pan tools that are available on the shortcut menu on the mouse itself. So it's a right-hand mouse click, like so. And you've got Pan and Zoom right there. Now, if I just hit Escape to lose that shortcut menu, you'll find that you can use the mouse directly to zoom, pan, and also zoom extents. Now if I just roll backwards on the wheel on the mouse, it zooms me out. If I roll upwards on the wheel on the mouse, it zooms me in. If I hold down the mouse wheel, I get a Pan symbol, and you'll notice as I move the mouse, holding the wheel down as a button, I can pan within the AutoCAD drawing. What I can also do is double-click on the wheel as a button, and that zooms extents as well. So it's a really, really useful tool if you think about it. The mouse is fantastic to use for navigating your drawing. So what I'll do now is I'll zoom in on this staircase again like…
